I set up my account with an E-Mail (Smart Account). How can I withdraw my B3TR to VeWorld?
You can find the button to withdraw B3TR next to your B3TR balance within the EVearn app.
Can I add multiple vehicles to one account?
Multiple vehicles are currently not supported on EVearn. It is one vehicle per account.
It is in our roadmap to add multi-vehicle to EVearn, however we do not have an ETA at this time.
My charging session was not recorded or rewarded, what happened?
This is generally an issue with Tesla's API. In future, we would suggest ending the charging session on the Tesla app prior to unplugging.
I charged multiple times, but I can only claim for the most recent charge.
This is working as intended. You can only claim your most recent charge.
Make sure you are claiming after each charge to avoid missing out on rewards!
How can I disconnect my Tesla Account?
There is a disconnect feature in the app. You just need to navigate to:
Profile > Disconnect Tesla Account
Can I add multiple drivers?
Yes. The additional drivers need to be verified drivers and have their own account related to a vehicle. They can login to EVearn using their Tesla account and claim for the latest charge.
Please note that each charge can only be claimed by 1 person, so if the driver claims the owner can't and vice versa.
