Getting Started

Q: What is Evearn?

Evearn is a mobile app that rewards you with B3TR tokens for driving your electric or hybrid vehicle. Your distance is tracked via odometer data, and rewards are calculated based on sustainable impact.

Q: Who can use Evearn?

Anyone with an electric or hybrid vehicle in supported regions (EU, North America, and global Tesla users) can use Evearn.

Q: How do I sign up?

You can log in with your email or social account. If you're a VeWorld wallet user, you’ll need to log in with an email/social account and then link your wallet in the app's settings. If you are a webapp user, just login in with the same email address used previously.

Vehicle Connection

Q: How do I connect my vehicle?

After signing in, follow the steps to link your EV or hybrid via SmartCar, our integration partner. We support 27+ brands across Europe and North America. In other regions, only Tesla is supported for now.

Q: Is my vehicle brand supported?

Check the list of supported brands within the app during the vehicle connection process. Common brands include Tesla, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, and more.

Q: Can I connect more than one vehicle?

Not at the moment — Evearn currently supports one vehicle per user.

Rewards & Tracking

Q: How do I get rewarded?

Once your vehicle is connected, your odometer reading is tracked automatically. After each trip, open the app to view your updated mileage and claim your B3TR tokens.

Q: Do I need to check in after every trip?

Not necessarily. Kilometers accumulate, so you can check in and claim rewards after a few drives if you prefer.

Q: What’s the welcome bonus?

New users receive 5 B3TR tokens after connecting their vehicle for the first time.

Q: What can I do with B3TR tokens?

You can withdraw them to your wallet, participate in VeBetterDAO governance, use them in future ecosystem features or spend them through the StellaPay Card (to know more visit the “Explore” section in the Evearn app.

Wallet & Staking

Q: How do I withdraw B3TR tokens?

Go to the Wallet section in the app and follow the steps to withdraw to an external address.

Q: Can I link a VeChain wallet?

Yes. In the app settings, you can link your VeChain address to receive all B3TR and participate in BetterDAO automatically.

Q: What is auto-staking?

uses VeDelegate. By simply holding B3TR in your wallet, your tokens will be staked automatically to support Evearn in VeBetterDAO governance — no manual voting needed.

Referral Program

Q: How does the Evearn referral program work?
You can invite friends to join Evearn and grow the impact together.

When your referred friend makes their first reward claim, you’ll receive 5 B3TR as a thank-you bonus.

Your friend will receive 2x the rewards on their first claim as a welcome boost.

Rewards are distributed only after the referred user has completed their first claim.

Account & Privacy

Q: Can I log out or disconnect my vehicle? Yes. You can log out, disconnect your vehicle, or even delete your account at any time from the app settings.

Q: Is my data secure?

Yes. Evearn only accesses your odometer data via secure, permission-based integration with SmartCar, and we do not share your data with third parties.
